MGD Concept FZE is a UAE-headquartered education support and management organization. SIU is our unified digital platform connecting students with UAE universities through a transparent, centralized admissions process.
We process your personal data under the following legal bases in accordance with applicable UAE data protection regulations:
• Contractual necessity — to deliver the services you signed up for
• Legitimate interests — to improve and secure our platform
• Legal compliance — to meet regulatory and legal obligations
• Consent — for optional communications and marketing (you may withdraw at any time)
Your application data, academic documents, and profile information are shared with universities you apply to through the SIU platform. This is necessary to process your application.
We engage third-party providers for cloud hosting (AWS), email delivery, payment processing (Network International), and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
If you apply through a referral agent or counsellor, they may have visibility into your application status as part of their role.
We may disclose your information if required by UAE law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of MGD Concept FZE or our users.
You may request deletion of your SIU account and all associated data at any time:
In-App: Open the SIU app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account → Confirm
By Email: Send a request to support@mgdconcept.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address.
Data permanently removed: Name, email, phone, student profile, application details, uploaded documents, shortlisted universities, and support/chat history.
Processing time: Immediate for in-app requests. 7–30 business days for email requests.
SIU is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at support@mgdconcept.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date, send a notification to your registered email, and display an in-app notice upon your next login.
Your continued use of SIU after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
